The owners of Rathis city are not active.  It may please be appreciated that the plots adjacent to rathis city is sold for more than Rs. 2000/- per sq.ft. whereas in Rathis city karasanagal the brokers are quoting some where around Rs. 800/Sq. ft.  which is atrocious.  The place itself has become a mini forest without the owners taking care.  hence interested person, viz., owners should join together form an association and we have to redevelop the plots so that the value of our plots will increase.  Interested owners please reply in this blog. thankyou.   Thereafter we can all share our contact details.
